In that location should be an "Unblock" option
Once you lot hit it, you can message them with your Selfie, KYC docs and Banking company argument ( Including the recent transaction that might've triggered the account block)

Paytm algo is so suspicious that it blocked Vijay Sekhar Sharma's business relationship for installing Phonepe on his mobile

My account was blocked for Promo Abuse, God knows how. CS was clueless as usual and could practice aught!
Account unblocked on it'southward ain afterwards 60 days.
Later on this experience, I never proceed more than Rs.100 in whatever wallet except Amazon.

Mine was as well blocked once… after exchanging multiple mails where they told me to send where transactions occurred..they still didnt unblock… they were telling the same affair again and once more…after that i told them how many times i will send y'all the same banking company statement..subsequently they told me to provide kyc documents with me holding them… later on that they unblocked…took 15-20 days _
